Worlds of Fun 5-13-06

Ben and I hit the park this afternoon for a photo update.

There was a lot of cloud cover early on so only a couple of the photos really turned out.

Attendance was definitely not an issue today.  We hit several traffic jams just on the walkways and because of the lines we didn't even ride anything.  Since I basically went to the park just wasting time why the wife was getting her hair done I didn't plan on riding anyway.  I was hoping that we would get lucky and find a short line somewhere but there was no luck to be had.

It's a good thing that weekday operations starts Monday.  Weeknights are my 2nd favorite time to go to park.

We'll head up there again in June and try to get the WoF gallery fully updated.

I doubt that it will take much longer than 10 or 15 minutes for processing tomorrow.

The weekend lines are pretty long but you should be fine on a Monday.

We would love to hear was the first weekday crowds were like.

It seems like this is your busy time of year.  Are there going to be a lot of updates this summer?

Monday wasn't that bad,

Crowds were average and not very long ride wait times. The Timber Wolf was broken down :cussing:. We did have a delay on the Patriot cause some kid threw up all over the place. I'm going again next friday. I might post some pics

It wasn't broke -- they are retracking it!  BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

Sorry!

When I went to ride it they were like:

the ride is closed for repairs...

so I assumed they were repairing faulty brakes, chain, etc.

Well I guess I shouldn't assume that just because we have been discussing the retracking for weeks on here that people would read it other than those who are posting in the thread.  I appologize.
