There were rumors that Europa was supposed to be a scare zone this year for Halloweekends, but has since been designated scare-free.  This has left the clowns without a home as they were going to be there as CarnEVIL.  I think that I might have an alternative place where they could go.  Looking at the map, the green areas are "scare free" zones.  The blood red areas are where the fright zones would be.  The one on Forum Road is obvious Dominion of Doom.  The walkway from the TimberWolf entrance to down by Bull Pin would be a great area for CarnEVIL.  The trees and buildings would keep the fog from escaping and Cyclone Sams could still remain open but use the exit as the entrance as opposed to using the front as the haunt would be there.  As you can see by the map there is still plenty of "scare free" areas in that area and really the only thing you would loose is a few games -- which honestly are not used that much during the "haunting hours" anyway.

Also another thing to note is that the road that connects the court yard area there by Custer's to this walkway will have to be closed off by either a wall or something during the haunting hours.  (Notated by the black road on the map)
