Ok, heres the deal, Valleyfair got a new coaster, Dorney will probably get Steel Venom next year without spending any money on purchasing it!  Kings island got Firehawk.  Cedar point got maverick.  Kings dominion i think got a whole new Water park expansion.  Knotts got Sierra Sidewinder.  Now since Geauga Lake is getting rid of some rides, they must be making room for something big, or "somethings" big.  There are other parks that need some newer rides, but WOF is coming up again.  Were do you think the next "thing" will go. What will it be?

I wouldn't mind seeing a Intamin Launch like Maverick or Intamin woodie like El Toro would be sweet realistic choices.
Is Renegade GG or GCI I love the way the first drop looks on it and would enjoy a woodie like it and is pretty realistic.
Never been on a 4D coaster but this seems like the least likely choice.
A nice B&M Floorless may be in works?
B&M Dive Machine with the newer floorless trains and some new element never seen on a Dive Machine. (Maybe even something that is  on no other kinda coaster ever)
My guess is WOF's first launch coaster Maverick style possibly or their second woodie.
I have some other ideas but I have to go now I'll post more later.

You don't want a maintenance nightmare like a GG woodie.  HW is already having to retrack after the first season on Voyage.  I don't think WOF would be able to maintain it to the level it would have to be in order for it be enjoyable every season.

GCI woodies on the other hand are pretty much maintenance friendly.  The parks that I have talked to that own them, say that there is very little major maintenance that they have to do on them year-in-year-out.

Personally I think we need to get a launched coaster as we are the only park in Missouri without one and it would be a nice draw.  I think something along the lines of either PowderKeg or Storm Runner would be the best fit for the park (with my vote going towards Storm Runner).

Renegade type coaster would work, and a woodie like Thunderhead would work good.

Could they put it in the Orient Lot with Interlocking Loops? Do they own the land between Patriot and the road? The whole stretch from the parking lots down to OOF?

Well you dont want to have a coaster between patriot and the highway road thingy, because if someone is stupid and has been drinking... what if they hit it.

We need a coaster with a steep drop. Like Millenium force, but WOF wouldnt get a Intamin probably.  We just need a real fast coaster in the 80's - 90's or something and has a steep drop, if you scroll up and go to the WOF myspace page, it has a picture of the mamba, and come to think of it.... its not steep at all! Storm runner works fine!  Unless they get a Wooden coaster, it doesnt have to be steep, but it needs to be like Thunderhead or the Renegade drop were it twists.

No Jr. but El Toro clone would be fine.
