Splash Over at Adventureland

Take one look at this ride and tell me that Moser hasn't ripped the design off from Huss!  :whip2:

Fun ride, but I gurantee that a lot of their patrons will make the voyage to KC instead since they have "already ridden Thunderhawk so why go to Adventureland to ride a 'newer' one"

If a park ever needed a new coaster, it is this one.

Wow that a copy if I have ever seen one. I mean I can understand a company making a different type of Roller Coaster, but there is just not much you can change with that design.

Well the seats sure remind me of the ones on ThunderHawk as well -- prostate exam and all.  I am really surprised that Moser has gone to a copy/paste of the Huss ride.  I was actually hoping that this ride would be the old style of the Maverick instead of the new one, where the arms rotate in  opposite directions and the platform is then put into intresting diagonal postions as well as just flipping over and over.

Oh well.  I just appreciate the guy sending in the photos as I know we all wanted to see the new ride.  I wish I could give him more props, but he really wasn't supposed to photographing the ride.  :nono:  But I still love him for doing so.  :love4:
