I bet it was down as far as it could go. I've ridden Mamba with a kid about that size and that was the case there. She had pretty much the same reaction, too. Terrified on the first two hills, then ecstatic for the rest of the ride.

I heard about this on another site but never saw it.  It's cool to see how a kid reacts.
