Josh and I were able to stop by the park this afternoon and score a couple of quick pics from the road.

Jason, you need to get a Kodak Z740 like I have.  It has 10x Optical...  Also can I use the photos on my site?

You might want to wait a couple of hours because Josh went back this after noon and used a camera that has a better zoom.  Feel free to post them on your site as well, just toss coaster community in there if you can.

Once I get the telescopic lens for my Sony I should be set.  It really is a great camera.  The next one will likely be an SLR of some sort.

Sure I can wait.  I'll do like I used to do with giving props to who took the photos, but I'll make it a URL to your main page as well as leaving the stamps on the pictures.

That works for us. :occasion14:

You should also know that there's a new dirt mound onsite.  It looks like they're planting a bunch on small trees and all of the dirt is being piled up where the old pile was. :cussing:

Actually I like the Kodak quite a bit as well just sort of partial to the Canon's.

You've now proven beyond a doubt that your zoom is huge, we get it and we want you to keep it to yourself.  :violent5: :icon_biggrin:

The thing about Canon cameras (besides the SLRs) is that they are not made to last as well as the higher end Kodak cameras.  I have actually played with that model that you have and I wasn't overly impressed with some of the features.  It is a nice camera, don't get me wrong, just I wouldn't recommend it.  Canon also has terrible customer service as I have had to work with them lately for a customer.  Sony was also mentioned and I do not reccommend them either.  If you had asked me a couple of years ago I would have said yes definitely.  Sony has quickly fallen from their pedestal that they were once on.  Kodak has really became the front runner of the non-SLR cameras and then definitely Canon for the SLR models.  :book1:

When is Josh going to put up the other photos?  :clock:

Nick (WoF's PR guru) posted some close up pics of the trains this morning.

How sweet it is.

There's a new update that mentions testing.

A lot of the landscaping has also begun.

I really like how the Que line goes under the beginning of the lift hill, I think that will be some added excitement seeing the trains take the trek up the lift hill. Hey did anyone happen to notice that under the Imm. the looks to be a drain, and Ideas? Maybe alittle water under there?

The drain under the Immelmann is just for that -- draining -- the run off water has to go somewhere.  :icon_tongue:

The queue line going under the lift hill reminds me of Mamba.
