It's not a Eurofighter so that's good news.

That is a major mash-up of so many coaster that don't relate.

Yeah, not a very good video at all.  If they're going to go cheap they should hire some enthusiast to do a No Limits vid.  I know for a fact that enthusiasts will work for next to nothing.

Well the Premier coasters like Mr. Freeze that were shown at least make some sense since that is the firm building it.  Not sure why they showed the girl in the wooden coaster car though

Looks like a fun coaster. The 0-50 part in 3 seconds could end up being very fun. Plus it's a Premier and I for one am a Premier fan so this might be great!

Sounds awesome, but I guess we'll have to see what it actually looks like when it gets built. Doesn't look like they wanted to waste any money on concept art.

What's the deal with the tiny trains though? 2 trains with 12 passengers each is going to mean some pretty bad waits.

I'm just glad to see premeir back in the game. It's nice to have a little more diversity in the coaster world.

I was really speaking about Ben and I but you can join the cheap club if you'd like.  It's tree fiddy per year.

If the launch is anything like Powder Keg's, I'm there.

Maybe next year I'll get on Powder Keg and Wildfire finally. This year I don't think it's going to happen but next year I'm gonna try to make it to Branson. The only launches close to this coaster and Powderkeg I've done is Kingda Ka and Top Thrill Dragster probably.

Here's a shot of the layout.  The top of the launch doesn't look like it's designed for air time.

Nope, looking forward to this year though, I would like to meet more of you guys. I was there the week after I think. Maybe two weeks after.

I'm saying in general its a great time to visit the park and you get to ride the coasters.

It just sounded like to me that you were saying that you had been to one before but had not.
...and we don't have cake at Coaster Christmas, we have pie.

It would be nice to finally meet you so I could put a face with the stalker.

Based off the NoLimits recreation, nothing looks like it's shaped for comfort. I doubt any of the simulation is to specs. I like Jason's idea, why don't more parks go for some of the NoLimits designers out there to create a model? Find some 16 year old kid, you could probably even pay them minimum wage!

I would think confidentiality and reliability are the big obstacles. Keith, for example, is pretty tied into the parks trust network.

Was thinking the same thing.  Honestly looks more like it is built for some whiplash.

I don't think we can trust that picture at all. The whole thing is clearly not fit for human use. I'm sure the real thing will be less... horrifying.

Carowinds has a picture of our boomerang on their homepage (Photo with Nik Wallenda),

I think the park was just grabbing whatever stock footage they could to make an entertaining preview.

And speaking of Boomerangs, how do we get Lapbar only trains like these?

I couldn't figure out who makes them. They are trailered trains, so that should automatically make them smoother than the backward trailers that Vekoma used to use (the newer train designs for a few of their coasters are properly trailered). Although I'd be curious to see how those bare metal lapbars feel on the thighs...

How awesome would that style of train be on Mamba?  You put an "open" seat like that on that sucker and you make a new better ride out of it overnight.  I for one am tired of sitting in those fiberglass tubs.
