Coasater/Park Memorabilia
« on: May 5, 2009, 11:03 »
I purchased a couple of boxes of old memorabilia off of a former ACE'er and I did so with the intention of unloading it.  I'm not a collector myself but I see a lot of this stuff on Ebay all of the time so I figured that I would try and spread it around to those interested.

I'll post stuff on here first and if no one wants it I'll move it to Ebay.

I'll start with some local items.  In the photo there's 2 Timber Wolf patches, a Timber Wolf fridge magnet and an Orient Express Patch.  The fridge mag isn't in perfect condition but all 3 patches are apparently in original packaging.

I'll give a week but won't take less than $5 for the patches.  The magnet will go to whoever gets the Timber Wolf patches that says Rated #1 91-92 as a bonus.

Roger that Shelly.  You're in for $5.  I guess that it was either those or a couple of footlongs.

Here's a collection of post cards from WoF.  I can't say that any of them are in perfect condition but damn close.  OE2 has an edge that is slightly bent.

I'll start these at $5 as well.

They all have 1 line.

OE1 - Man made steel of the Orient Express winds though nature's trees at Worlds of Fun
OE2 - The Orient Express appears to touch the sky as it loops and twists through its course
OE3 - The sun is not the only thing that plays tricks on you when you dare to ride the Orient Express at Worlds of Fun
TW-1 - Just when you think you've survived the first drop, the Timber Wolf slants your through a 45 degree angle banked track at speeds close to 50 mph
ZZ1 - The Zambezi Zinger seems suspended in the air as it prepares to nose dive its next train of thrill seekers at Worlds of Fun
ZZ2 - The first of many breathtaking drops on the Zambezi Zinger, Worlds of Fun's vintage roller coaster

Cool idea, thanks for sharing the wealth.

Also, that Wolf one is really strange without Mamba, the Village, Peanuts Playhouse, etc....

No problem.  Like I said, I'm not a collector and I figured the local items would find a nice home with a local fan.

I've got piles of other stuff though.  That's going to be the tricky part.

Are you bidding for $25 for all 3 of them or $25 each ($75 for all 3 of em)? Please specify?

I would like to make my bid on the Timber Wolf Ranked #1 Patch with Magnet for $15.

You need to specify how much for each patch.
The OE patch is already at $6 so you cannot under bid that price.

Last time I checked 25/3 was 8.33 per patch, so at the time of bid I was not underbidding.

I'm a little late to the party, but are the postcards still available? If so put me in for $5 for all of them.

I'm closing bidding on the patches/magnet.  Bradley wins.

Robby - are you bidding $6 each post card?  I wasn't sure if I was clear in the first post.

I think it might be helpful if you set a specific time for the auctions in the future.  To avoid confusion.  I don't even think Sarah knew she had been outbid.

No worries, my fault for not checking back after I bid. I have a short attention span.... :sleepy1: ...what was I saying?
